FPPA (Fire & Police Pension Association of Colorado) Statewide SRP Defined Benefit Plan Pension

  • Employee contribution – 12% of your base salary per pay period
  • Employer contribution – 11% of your base salary per pay period
  • Death & Disability Benefit – Employer pays 4.2% of your base salary per pay period

CEBT (Medical, Dental & Vision) With Value Added Benefits

CRFR pays 100% of employee premiums and 75% of eligible dependent premiums as referenced below.

The district currently provides an overall $2,025 monthly ($934/per pay period) benefit to eligible full-time employees.

Any coverage less than family coverage results in a 457DC employer differential contribution, providing each member the same benefit regardless of family dependents.
